1. THE PROVINCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES (AMENDMENT) BILL 2015 (BILL No. 1 of 2016)
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill 2015, as recommended by Standing Committee on Transport, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill 2015, be passed.
2. THE PUNJAB FORENSIC SCIENCE AGENCY (AMENDMENT) BILL 2015 (BILL No. 3 of 2016)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Forensic Science Agency (Amendment) Bill 2015, as recommended by Standing Committee on Home Affairs, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Forensic Science Agency (Amendment) Bill 2015, be passed.
3. THE FORT MONROE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BILL 2015 (BILL No. 2 of 2016)
A MINISTER to move that the Fort Monroe Development Authority Bill 2015, as recommended by Standing Committee on Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Fort Monroe Development Authority Bill 2015, be passed.
4. THE PUNJAB LOCAL GOVERNMENT (THIRD AMENDMENT) BILL 2016 (BILL No. 17 of 2016)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Local Government (Third Amendment) Bill 2016, as recommended by Standing Committee on Local Government and Rural Development, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Local Government (Third Amendment) Bill 2016, be passed.
5. THE PUNJAB ANIMALS SLAUGHTER CONTROL (AMENDMENT) BILL 2016 (BILL No. 15 of 2016)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Animals Slaughter Control (Amendment) Bill 2016, as recommended by Standing Committee on Livestock and Dairy Development, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Animals Slaughter Control (Amendment) Bill 2016, be passed.

Sardar Sher Ali Gorchani, Deputy Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH).
Question Hour
Questions relating to Local Government & Community Development Department were asked and Mr. Sher Ali Khan, Minister for Mines & Minerals (holding additional charge of Local Government & Community Development Department) answered the questions.
Laying of Report
Ch. Muhammad Iqbal presented before the House the reports of Committee on Privileges in respect of “Privilege Motions No.27 for the year 2014, 8, 10, 16, 23, 24, 26 for the year 2015 and 1 for the year 2016.
Extension in Time Limit for Laying the Report
On a Motion moved by Malik Muhammad Waris Kallu, the House granted one month extension to the Special Committee No. 4 for laying its report on “The Issue of LDA Employees Housing Scheme, Thokar Niaz Baig raised in the reply of Starred Question No. 269 asked by Ms. Ayesha Javed, MPA (W.317)”.
On a Motion moved by Ch. Aamir Sultan Cheema, the House granted one month extension to the Standing Committee on Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering for laying its report on “Adjournment Motions No.237/14 and 728/14”.
On a Motion moved by Ms. Shazia Kamran, the House granted one month extension to the Standing Committee on Labour & Human Resource for laying its reports in respect of the following: -
1. The Punjab Prohibition of Child Labour at Brick Kilns Bill 2016 (Bill No. 9 of 2016); and
2. Starred Question No. 6302/2016 moved by Mian Rafique, MPA (PP-90).
On a Motion moved by Sardar Qaisar Abbas Khan Magsi, the House granted one month extension to the Standing Committee on Transport for laying its report on “Question No. 2338/2014 moved by Mian Tariq Mehmood, MPA (PP-113)”.
On a Motion moved by Ch. Muhammad Iqbal, the House granted two months extension to the Committee on Privileges for laying its reports on “Privilege Motions No. 12 for the year 2013, 20, 31 for the year 2014, 1,5,12,14,17,18,19,20,21,22,25,27 for the year 2015” and 2,3,4,5,6 for the year 2016”.
Privilege Motion
Privilege Motion moved by Mr. Inamullah Khan Niazi regarding misbehavior of DPO, Mianwali, with the member concerned was referred to the Committee on Privileges with the direction to submit its report within two months.
The Motion was answered by Ch. Nazar Hussain, Parliamentary Secretary for Law & Parliamentary Affairs.
Adjournment Motions
Two Adjournment Motions were taken up. The Motion moved by Ch. Aamir Sultan Cheema that through making artificial shortage of medicines for the diseases including Thalassemia and coughs in the market to increase their price was disposed of. The Motion moved out of turn by Malik Mazhar Abbas Raan regarding destruction of crops being faced by the farmers in District Multan due to intense hailstorm, was kept pending till next week.
The Motions were replied by the concerned Minister/Parliamentary Secretaries.
Mr. Speaker warmly welcomed the Honourable Mr. Ismail Kahraman, Speaker, Grand National Assembly of Turkey and his delegation to the House.
Government Business
General Discussion
Continuation of Pre-Budget Discussion
General Discussion on Pre-Budget continued for the eighth day. The following members participated in the discussion: Mian Muhammad Rafique, Ms. Tehseen Fawad, Ms. Faiza Mushtaq and Ch. Rafaqat Hussain Gujjar.
Dr. Aisha Ghaus Pasha, Minister for Finance while concluding the discussion, thanked the Members who actively participated and appreciated their proposals for upcoming budget with the assurance that those would be incorporated in the budget 2016-17. She ensured that the Government would take all possible measures to provide relief to the people in the upcoming budget. She contended that the Government would seriously consider the proposals presented by the Members with regard to development schemes and those would be incorporated in the Annual Development Programme for the year 2016-17.

Rana Sana Ullah Khan, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs moved the following Bills, which were passed by the House:-
