Mr Muhammad Arshad son of Mr Mohammad Shafi was born on August 28, 1963 at Fort Abbas and is a graduate. He remained BD Councillor, City Fort Abbas for about two and a half years; and Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1997-99. A businessman, who has been elected as Member Punjab Assembly for the second term in General Elections 2018.
