Consequent upon the advice of the Chief Minister, Punjab to the Governor of the Punjab under clause (1) of Article 112 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab stands dissolved on 14 January 2023 at 2210 hours at the expiration of forty-eight hours after the Chief Minister has so advised.
Mr Khan Muhammad Saddique Khan Balooch son of Haji Jind Wada Khan was born in 1959 at Lodhran. He graduated in 2007 from University of Balochistan, Quetta. He remained Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1988-90 (functioned as Parliamentary Secretary for Colonies), 1990-93, 1997-99 (functioned as Parliamentary Secretary for Livestock & Dairy Development); and as Member National Assembly during 2008-13 and 2013-15. A landlord, who has been re-elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab for the fourth term in General Elections 2018. He belongs to a family of politicians. His grandfather, Mr Noor Muhammad Khan, served as Member Punjab Assembly during 1972-1977; his father, served as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1985-88; his son, Mr Muhammad Zubair Khan Baloch remained Member Punjab Assembly during 2013-18 and functioned as Chairman, Standing Committee on Livestock & Dairy Development; and his nephew, Mr Muhammad Ajaz Baloch served as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 2002-07.
