No.PAP/Legis-1(91)/2024/32. Mr Khalil Tahir, Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab elected from one of the seats reserved for Non-Muslims (NM-367), has resigned from his membership in Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, and as a consequence thereof, the said seat has become vacant with effect from 8^th April 2024 in terms of Article 64(1) read with Article 127 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973.
