Notification of Women Parliamentary Caucus

WOMEN PARLIAMENTARY CAUCUS

No.PAP/Legis-1(81)/2010/212. Pursuant to a Motion moved by Ms Salma Saadia Temur, MPA (W-303)/Parliamentary Secretary for Women Development, and adopted by Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in its sitting held on September 05, 2024, Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan, Speaker, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in exercise of the powers conferred on him under rule 235-B of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 has been pleased to establish a Women Parliamentary Caucus (WPC) comprising all the Women Members (Annexure) of current Provincial Assembly of the Punjab. Ms Ishrat Ashraf, MPA (W-299) shall be the Convenor of the said Caucus.

2.           The Rules of Business for Caucus shall be made by a select Group to be constituted subsequently.
