Notification for Punjab Local Government Caucus

No.PAP/Legis-1(81)/2010/205.      Pursuant to the Motion moved by Mr Ahmad Iqbal Chaudhry, MPA (PP-54/Chairperson PAC-III) and adopted by the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in its sitting held on September 09, 2024, Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan, Speaker, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in exercise of the powers conferred on him under rule 235-B of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 has been pleased to establish a Punjab Local Government Caucus comprising the following:

1.      Mr Ahmad Iqbal Chaudhry, MPA (PP-54)/Chairperson PAC-III                          Convenor

2.      Mr Zulfiqar Ali Shah, MPA (PP-96)/Chairperson Standing Committee

4.      Mr Muhammad Ashraf Rasool, MPA (PP-138)/Chairperson Standing

5.      Mr Ahmer Bhatti, MPA (PP-165)/Chairperson Standing Committee

      on Energy                                                                                                             Member

6.      Mr Junaid Afzal Sahi, MPA (PP-98)/Chairperson Standing Committee

2.   The TORs of the Caucus may be framed by the Caucus itself.

3.   The Caucus may co-opt any other Member of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab.

4.   All relevant Provincial Departments and Authorities shall extend their support to the Punjab Local Government Caucus.
