Consequent upon the advice of the Chief Minister, Punjab to the Governor of the Punjab under clause (1) of Article 112 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab stands dissolved on 14 January 2023 at 2210 hours at the expiration of forty-eight hours after the Chief Minister has so advised.

Notification of Acting Speaker

PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PUNJAB

N O T I F I C A T I O N

12 September 2019

No.PAP/Legis-1(13)/2018/2116.              Pursuant to the provisions of clause (3) of Article 53, read with Article 127, of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Sardar Dost Muhammad Mazari, Deputy Speaker, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, shall act as Speaker, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, with immediate effect, vice Mr Parvez Elahi, Speaker, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, who has assumed office of the Acting Governor
