Raja Shoukat Aziz Bhatti son of Justice (R) Raja Abdul Aziz Bhatti was born on June 28, 1965 at Rawalpindi. He obtained Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Victoria College, London, UK. He was first elected as Member, Punjab Assembly during 2008 and functioned as Chairman, Standing Committee on Environment Protection during 2009-13. He also served as Member, District Council Rawalpindi during 1998-99; as Nazim, Union Council No.14, Tehsil Gujar Khan, District Rawalpindi during 2001-02 and 2005-07; and as Member, Public Safety Commission during 2001-02. An agriculturist and a businessman, who has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab for second consecutive term in general elections 2013. He has travelled to UK, France, Holland, Saudi Arabia and Italy. His father remained Member, National Assembly for two consecutive terms during 1972-77 and 1977 and functioned as Justice, Lahore High Court.
