یہ معزز ایوان وفاقی حکومت سے مطالبہ کرتا ہے کہ (Resident) اور (Non-Resident) پاکستانیوں کے لئے شرح منافع جو (Non-Resident) کے لئے 7% غیرملکی کرنسی پر اور ملکی کرنسی پر 11% تک دیا جا رہا ہے۔ جبکہ (Resident) پاکستانیوں کو غیرملکی کرنسی پر مشکل سے 1% اور پاکستانی کرنسی پر 3% سے 4% دیا جا رہا ہے اور (Resident) پاکستانیوں سے اس منافع پر بھی 35% تک ٹیکس لیا جا رہا ہے جبکہ (Non-Resident) سے منافع کی حد کے قطع نظر صرف 10% لیا جا رہا ہے۔ اس ظلم اور زیادتی کو فوری طور پر ختم کیا جانا ضروری ہے اور یکساں شرح منافع کا ملنا انتہائی ضروری ہے۔

Fateha

 

The House offered Fateha on the sad demise of brother of Ms Farah Agha, MPA (W-324).

 

Question Hour

 

Questions relating to Women Development Department were asked and answered by Ms Ashifa Riaz, the concerned Minister.

 

Zero Hour

 

Four Zero Hour Notices were taken up. The Notice of Mr Sami Ullah Khan moved on 22-06-2021 that the approved project of Ring Road Rawalpindi was changed by the administration to favour many private housing schemes and politicians hence, bringing a loss of Rs.25 billion to the national exchequer, the Notice of Ms Sajida Begum moved on 22-06-2021 that in violation of monthly salary fixed @ Rs.17,500/- by the Government Pioneer Cement Factory Khushab was paying Rs.15,000/- to its workers, who also raised their voice and protested against this injustice. Consequently, Factory Administration started paying them salary fixed by the Government but lodged fake complaints in the Police Station against Mr Imran, one of its workers who was a cancer patient, the Notice moved by Mr Muhammad Safdar Shakir that in Constituency PP-104  (District Faisalabad) Highway Department Faisalabad had built a bridge on drain running through the middle of City Town Committee Mamu Kanjan, which was in dilapidated condition and could collapse any time and the Notice moved by Mr Sohaib Ahmed Malik that there was no parking stand in Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Bhalwal but parking fee @ Rs.10, 20 and 50 was being charged in the name of parking stand since long. Each year this point was contracted but hospital authorities had not constructed its own parking stand, were kept pending as the concerned Ministers were not present.

Suspension of Rules

 

On a motion moved by, Mr Sajid Ahmed Khan, the House granted leave that the requirements of Rules 93, 94, 95 and all other relevant rules of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be dispensed with in terms of Rule 234 of the Rules ibid, for immediate consideration of The Provincial Assembly of the Punjab Privileges (Amendment) Bill 2021”, which was later unanimously passed by the House.

 

The House was then adjourned at 04:25 p.m. to meet on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 02:00 p.m.
