1. THE PUNJAB REVENUE AUTHORITY (SECOND AMENDMENT) BILL 2016 (BILL No. 28 of 2016)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Revenue Authority (Second Amendment) Bill 2016, as recommended by Standing Committee on Finance, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Revenue Authority (Second Amendment) Bill 2016, be passed.
2. THE PUNJAB ANIMALS SLAUGHTER CONTROL (SECOND AMENDMENT) BILL 2016 (BILL No. 22 of 2016)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Animals Slaughter Control (Second Amendment) Bill 2016, as recommended by Standing Committee on Livestock and Dairy Development, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Animals Slaughter Control (Second Amendment) Bill 2016, be passed.
3. THE PUNJAB MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC ORDER (AMENDMENT) BILL 2016 (BILL No. 16 of 2016)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Maintenance of Public Order (Amendment) Bill 2016, as recommended by Standing Committee on Home Affairs, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Maintenance of Public Order (Amendment) Bill 2016, be passed.
4. THE PUNJAB POULTRY PRODUCTION BILL 2016 (BILL No. 24 of 2016)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Poultry Production Bill 2016, as recommended by Standing Committee on Livestock and Dairy Development, be taken into consideration at once.

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH).
Oath
Mr. Mumtaz Ahmad Qaisrani (Bhutto Khan) (PP-240) made an oath and signed the Roll of Members. The Speaker administered the oath.
Question Hour
Questions relating to Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering were asked and Mr. Tanveer Aslam Malik, Minister for Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering answered the questions.
Laying of Reports
Ms. Gulnaz Shahzadi presented before the House the reports of Standing Committee on Local Government & Community Development in respect of the following:
1. The Punjab Local Government (Third Amendment) Bill 2016 (Bill No. 35 of 2016); and
2. Starred Question No. 2923 asked by Mr Ehsan Riaz Fatyana, MPA (PP-58).
Extension in Time Limit for Laying the Reports
On a Motion moved by Ms. Gulnaz Shahzadi, the House granted two months extension to the Standing Committee on Local Government & Community Development for laying its report on “Starred Question No. 3158 asked by Mr Shahzad Munshi, MPA (NM-369)”.
On a Motion moved by Ch Faqir Hussain Dogar, the House granted two months extension to the Standing Committee on Excise & Taxation for laying its report on “Starred Question No. 2405/2014 asked by Dr Syed Waseem Akhtar, MPA (PP-271)”.
On a Motion moved by Mian Muhammad Islam Aslam, the House granted two months extension to the Standing Committee on Forestry, Wildlife and Fisheries for laying its report on “The Forest (Amendment) Bill 2016 (Bill No. 23 of 2016) moved by Sheikh Allauddin, MPA (PP-181)”.
On a Motion moved by Ms. Shazia Kamran, the House granted two months extension to the Standing Committee on Labour and Human Resource for laying its report on “Starred Question No. 6302/2016 asked by Mr Muhammad Rafique, MPA (PP-19)”.
Adjournment Motions
Four Adjournment Motions were taken up. The Motion moved by Ms. Hina Pervaiz Butt regarding mushroom of fake fortunes tellers in the province and failure of administration to take strict action against them, the Motion moved by Sheikh Allauddin regarding influx of patients suffering from Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Hepatitis and there is a need of the time to fight against these diseases on war footing which according to research made by University of Agriculture, Faisalabad are caused due to physical immobility and food habits including eating junk food, the Motion moved by Mr. Muhammad Ejaz Shafi regarding illegal conversion of residential area into commercial area at Khanpur District Rahimyarkhan by the TMA, thus depriving national exchequer of hefty amount which is deposited by the concerned when area is declared commercial on their request and the Motion moved by Ch. Amjad Ali Javed regarding closure of weather changing monitoring unit at Ayub Agricultural Research Institute, Faisalabad due to careless attitude of scientists, which was inaugurated only ten months ago to monitor environmental temperature effecting crops, were kept pending till next week.
The answers were given by the concerned Ministers/Parliamentary Secretaries.

Consideration and passage of Bills
Rana Sana Ullah Khan, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs moved the following Bills which were passed by the House:
1. THE PUNJAB REVENUE AUTHORITY (SECOND AMENDMENT) BILL 2016 (BILL No. 28 of 2016); and
2. THE PUNJAB ANIMALS SLAUGHTER CONTROL (SECOND AMENDMENT) BILL 2016 (BILL No. 22 of 2016).
The House was then adjourned to meet on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.
