Mr Muhammad Shawez Khan son of Mr Ashraf Ahmad Khan was born on March 5, 1953. He obtained Secondary School Certificate in 1969 from Government High School, Hassan Abdal. A businessman, who served as Vice- Chairman, Hassan Abdal during 1983-96; as Tehsil Nazim Hassan Abdal during 2001-05 and as Member, Accountability Board Attock during 1983-87. He has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2013 and is functioning as Chairman, Standing Committee on Religious Affairs & Auqaf.
