Mian Khurram Jahangir Wattoo son of Mian Manzoor Ahmad Khan Wattoo was born on February 25, 1976. He served as Tehsil Nazim, Depalpur; as Member, National Assembly during 2008-13 and functioned as Parliamentary Secretary for Establishment & Cabinet Division. He has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in bye-elections held on August 22, 2013. His father, served thrice as Speaker of Punjab Assembly during 1985- 88, 1988-90 and 1990-93 and functioned thrice as Chief Minister Punjab during 1993, 1993-95 and 1996; and as Member, National Assembly during 2008-13 and functioned as Minister for Industries & Production and Kashmir Affairs. His sister, Mrs Robina Shaheen Wattoo was Member of Punjab Assembly during 2008-13 and his brother, Mr Moazzam Jahanzeb Ahmad Khan Wattoo remained Member Punjab Assembly during 1997-99.
