Sardar Zahoor Ahmad Khan Qaisrani, son of Sardar Manzoor Ahmad Khan Qaisrani
(former MPA), was born on September 18, 1947 at Kot Qaisrani, Tehsil Taunsa
Sharif, District Dera Ghazi Khan; and, did Intermediate in 1964. He functioned
as Chairman Union Council for three terms and as member District Council
for two terms. He served as member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab from
1990 to 1993; and, has been re-elected in 1997.

SARDAR MOHSIN ATTA KHAN KHOSA, MPA
PP-200 (Dera Ghazi Khan): PML(N) 
Sardar Mohsin Ata Khan Khosa, son of Sardar Ata Muhammad Khan Khosa, was
born on September 8, 1960 at Bahadur Garh, District Dera Ghazi Khan; and,
is an Intermediate. An agriculturist, who was elected as Chairman, Union
Council Tuman Khosa in 1983; and, as member District Council, Dera Ghazi
Khan in 1987. He served as member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab
from 1990 to 1993, 1993 to 1996; and, has been elected, for the third term,
in 1997. He is Parliamentary Secretary (Ceased to
hold office of Parliamentary Secretary upon proclamation of Emergency dated
12-10-99) for Irrigation & Power since October 13, 1997.

MUHAMMAD KHAN KHOSA, MPA
PP-200 (Dera Ghazi Khan): PML(N)
By Order of the Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan vide Notification
No.F.8(7)99-Cord(1), dated October 6, 1999 Sardar Dost Muhammad Khan Khosa
has been declared elected from the Punjab Assembly constituency No. PP-201,
D.G. Khan-III.
Due to Proclamation of emergency in the country on October 12, 1999,
Mr Khosa could not take the oath as member of the Provincial Assembly of
the Punjab.
SARDAR MAQSOOD AHMAD KHAN LEGHARI,
MPA
PP-202 (Dera Ghazi Khan): IND 
Sardar Maqsood Ahmad Khan Leghari, son of Sardar Mehmood Khan Leghari,
was born on January 7, 1944; and, is a graduate from Government College
Lahore. An agriculturist, who comes of a well-known political family; and,
had been Chairman, District Council D.G. Khan for three terms. Having been
elected to the National Assembly in 1985; he served as Federal Minister
for Labour & Manpower Department during 1985-88. He has continuously
been serving as member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab since 1988, having
been elected, for the fourth term, in 1997. He worked as Minister for Food
Department from 1988 to 1989 and Minister for Irrigation & Power Department
from 1993 to 1996. His cousin, Mr Farooq Ahmad Khan Leghari is President
of Pakistan; and, his real brother, Sardar Mansoor Ahmad Leghari is a Senator.

SARDAR RAFIQUE AHMAD KHAN LEGHARI,
MPA
PP-203 (Dera Ghazi Khan): IND 
Sardar Rafique Ahmad Leghari, son of Sardar Muhammad Ali Khan Leghari,
was born on October 22, 1939 at Choti Zirin, District Dera Ghazi Khan;
and, comes of a family established in politics. After doing Senior Cambridge
in 1955 from Aitchison College Lahore, he served the Pakistan Army for
about thirty years and retired as Lieutenant Colonel. He was elected to
the provincial Assembly of the Punjab in 1993; and, has been re-elected
in 1997.
