Qazi Ahmed Saeed, Advocate son of Qazi Saeed Ahmed was born on June 1, 1968 at Khan Bela, Tehsil Liaquatpur, District Rahim Yar Khan. He obtained the degree of M.A. in 1995 from Bhattai University, Khairpur, Sindh. A practicing lawyer and an agriculturist, who has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002. His grandfather, Qazi Allah Diwaya was Member Provincial Assembly of West Pakistan during 1956-58.
