Mian Muhammad Asghar, son of Mian Muhammad Nazir, was born on January 10, 1952. He graduated in 1972 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. An agriculturist, who served as Nazim Union Council during 2001-02. He has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002 and is functioning as Chairman Standing Committee on Colonies since Janurary 27, 2004.
