Mrs Sittara Fayyaz wife of Dewan Syed Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Bukhari was born on September 14, 1952 at Khairpur, Sindh. She obtained the degree of M.A. (Political Science) in 1973 from Jam Shoro University, Sindh. She served as Councillor Union Council and as Member District Council for about one and a half year. She participated as a delegate (FPAP) in a Conference held in Iran in 1996. She has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002 against one of the seats reserved for women. Her father, Agah Atta Muhammad Khan was Member National Assembly during 1973.
