Mrs Zahida Sarfraz widow of Mr Sarfraz Ahmed (late) was born on March 15, 1954 at Sargodha. She graduated in 1974 from Government College for Women, Sargodha. She served as Member District Council, Sargodha during 1997-98; has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002 against one of the seats reserved for women; and is serving as Parliamentary Secretary for Population Welfare since August 5, 2003.
