Personal Career & Interests

Mr Tahir Hussain Khan Malazai, son of Mr Muhammad Afzal Khan Malazai, was born on April 14, 1968 at Multan. He obtained the degree of LL.B. in 1991, did his DTL in 1993 and DLL in 1994 from Baha-ud-Din Zakariya University, Multan. A practising lawyer and an agriculturist, who served as Member, Zila Council, Lodhran during 1998-99 and as Nazim Union Council/Member Zila Council during 2001. He is a life Member of District Bar Association, Multan. He has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002, and is functioning as Parliamentary Secretary for Special Education since November 13, 2003. His uncle, Mr Hayat Ullah Khan Tareen, was MNA during 1990-93; his uncle, Mr Gulam Qasim Khan Malazai, was MNA during 1997-99; and his uncle, Mr Muhammad Ibrahim Khan is a sitting Member of Punjab Assembly (PP-203).
