Mehr Khalid Mahmood Sargana son of Mehr Muhammad Fazil Sargana was born on January 1, 1968. He graduated in 1992 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. An agriculturist, who served as Councillor and Chairman, Municipal Committee, Jhang and as Nazim, Union Council No.97, District Jhang. He has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002. He was a member of the Pakistan National Football team during 1986-87.
