Sheikh Ijaz Ahmed son of Sheikh Abdul Rahim was born on June 20, 1969 in Faisalabad. He obtained the degree of LL.B. in 1993 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. A practising lawyer, who has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002.
