Mr Qaiser Iqbal Sandhu son of Ch Ghulam Mustafa was born on December 31, 1960 at Gujranwala. He obtained the degree of LL.B in 1985 from University of Sindh. He remained Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 2008-13, 2013-18 and 2018-23 and served as Chairman, Standing Committee on Social Welfare, Women Development & Bait-ul-Maal during 2010-13. An agriculturist, who has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the fourth consecutive term in General Elections 2024. He has travelled to Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Sweden. His cousin, Mr Zulfiqar Ali Bhinder served as Member, Punjab Assembly during 2008-13 and is a sitting MNA.
