Personal Career & Interests

Mian Shahid Hussain Khan Bhatti son of Mian Asghar Ali Khan Bhatti was born in 1956 at Hafizabad. He graduated in 2007 from Islamia University, Bahawalpur. A landlord and a businessman, who served as Chairman, Town Committee during 1989-99 and as Nazim, Union Council during 2001-03. He has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in bye-election held on August 4, 2008 against the seat vacated by Chaudhry Liaquat Abbas Bhatti, who had won both national and provincial seats and had opted for NA seat. He has travelled to Syria, Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
