Mr Pervez Rafique son of Mr Rafique Masih was born on January 15, 1971 at Faisalabad. He graduated in 1998 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. A human rights activist, who is serving as Member, Central Executive Committee, All Pakistan Minorities Alliance and working with human rights organization and also Member of Church Organization as Executive Member. He is serving as President Pakistan Chapter of Pakistan American People Forum (PAPF). He served as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab duirng 2002-07 and has returned again to Punjab Assembly in general elections 2008 against one of the seats reserved for non-Muslim minorities. He has travelled to Korea, Dubai and different countries.
