Mrs Rahat Ajmal wife of Malik Ghulam Mohiuddin Ajmal was born at Gujranwala. She graduated in 1981 from Government College, Gujranwala. She remained Councillor, Union Council during 1991-95, 1998-99 and 2001-05’ and a Member of Tehsil Council during 2005-07. A business lady, who has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2008 against one of the seats reserved for women.
