Mr Rais Ibrahim Khalil son of Rais Wazir Ahmed was born on June 22, 1963 in Karachi. He obtained the degree of LL.B. in 1987 from S.M. Law College, Karachi. An agriculturist, who has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2008. He has widely travelled abroad including UK, USA, Germany, Holland, Belgium and Dubai
