Ch Irfan Bashir Gujjar son of Ch Bashir Ahmad Gujjar was born on June 6, 1979 at Gujranwala. He obtained the degree of MA in 2005 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. An agriculturist, who served as Nazim, Union Council, Noshehra Virkan, Gujranwala during 2005-07 and has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2008. His father was a Member of Punjab Assembly during 1993-96 and his uncle, Ch Abdul Rehman Gujjar was a Member of Punjab Assembly during 1997-99.
