Personal Career & Interests

Mr Muhammad Yar Hiraj son of Sardar Allah Yar Hiraj was born on July 19, 1970 at Khanewal. He obtained degrees in Finance, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Brown University, USA. He served as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 2002-07 and has returned for the second consecutive term in general elections 2008. He served for ten years as Wall Street Investment Banker in the United States. His father was Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1985-88, 1988-90, 1990-93, and 1993-96 and also functioned as Provincial Minister; his brother, Mr Hamid Yar Hiraj and his cousin, Mr Raza Hayat Hiraj served as MNAs/Federal Ministers during 2002-07 and are sitting MNAs.
