Sardar Kamil Shameel Gujar son of Sardar Bashir Ahmad was born on October 1, 1965 at Sargodha. He obtained the degree of LL.B. in 1990 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. He has served as Member, District Council during 1998 and as Union Nazim during 2000. An agriculturist, who has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2008. His uncle, Sardar Saghir Ahmad was a Member of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1972-77 and 1977. He remained Parliamentary Secretary for Revenue from 31January 2009 to 26 February 2011.
