Raja Shoukat Aziz Bhatti son of Justice (R) Raja Abdul Aziz Bhatti was born on June 28, 1965 at Rawalpindi. He obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Victoria College, London, UK. He has served as Member, District Council, Rawalpindi during 1998-99; and as Nazim U/C 14, Tehsil Gujar Khan, District Rawalpindi during 2001-02 and 2005-07. He has also functioned as Member, Public Safety Commission during 2001-02. He has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2008. He has travelled to UK, France, Holland and Italy. His father served as Member National Assembly for two consecutive terms during 1972-77 and 1977.
