Notification of the Sub-Committee of the Committee on Law Reforms and Delegated Legislation

SUB-COMMITTEE OF COMMITTEE ON LAW REFORMS AND DELEGATED LEGISLATION

No.PAP/Legis-1(54)/2024/203.                      The Committee on Law Reforms and Delegated Legislation of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, in its meeting held on November 19, 2024 has constituted a Sub-Committee in terms of rule 154-A of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997, comprising the following:

1.          Mr Amjad Ali Javed, MPA (PP-121)                                                                                                  Convenor

2.          Mr Khurram Khan Virk, Parliamentary Secretary for

          Local Government and Community Development                                                                      Member

3.          Mr Ahmer Bhatti, MPA (PP-165)                                                                                                       Member

4.          Mr Zulfiqar Ali Shah, MPA (PP-96)                                                                                                    Member

5.          Chaudhry Iftikhar Hussain Chhachhar, MPA (PP-187)                                                               Member

6.          Mr Usama Fazal, MPA (PP-206)                                                                                                         Member

2.         The Sub-Committee shall address various matters related to the issue and facilitate the creation of District Public Safety and Complaints Commissions and implementation of the Police Order.

3.             The Sub-Committee shall submit its report to Committee on Law Reforms and Delegated Legislation.
