COMMITTEE ON ETHICS
No.PAP/Legis-1(19)/2024/90. In exercise of all the powers enabling him in this behalf and in terms of rule 235 of the Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997, the Speaker has been pleased to constitute a Committee on Ethics comprising the following:

3. Mr Zeeshan Rafique, Minister for LG&CD Member
4. Rana Sikandar Hayat, Minister for School Education Member
5. Mr Ramesh Singh Arora, Minister for Minorities Member
6. Rana Mohammad Iqbal Khan, MPA (PP-184) Member
7. Syed Ali Haider Gillani, MPA (PP-213) Member
8. Mr Sami Ullah Khan, MPA (PP-145) Member
9. Malik Ahmad Saeed Khan, MPA (PP-178) Member
10. Mr Saeed Akbar Khan, MPA (PP-93) Member

2. The Committee shall ensure that:
i) the members discharge their duties and obligations to the House in accordance with the Constitution and the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997;
ii) that the rules pertaining to the conduct of the Members envisaged in the Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997, are observed by the Members; and
iii) the directions of the Speaker, are followed in letter and spirit.
3. The Committee shall examine cases concerning the alleged breach of the said Rules by the members and may make recommendations in this regard.
4. The Speaker may issue such directions with regard to the recommendations of the Committee.
