Consequent upon the advice of the Chief Minister, Punjab to the Governor of the Punjab under clause (1) of Article 112 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab stands dissolved on 14 January 2023 at 2210 hours at the expiration of forty-eight hours after the Chief Minister has so advised.

25 January 2019

No.PAP/Legis-1(28)/2018/1908.       The following amendment in the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, 1997 passed by the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, in its sitting held on 25 January 2019, is hereby published in the official Gazette in terms of rule 244-A(8) of the said Rules:-

 

AMENDMENT IN THE RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PUNJAB, 1997

 

In rule 148:

(a)       for entry at Sr. No.7, the following entries shall be substituted:
