No.PAP/Legis-1(62)/2009/844.  Malik Fayyaz Ahmed, Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab from Constituency No. PP-105 (Hafizabad) has resigned from his seat in the Assembly w.e.f. 1^st March 2013, and as a consequence thereof, the said seat has become vacant in terms of Article 64(1) read with Article 127 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973.
