RESOLUTION
|
Ms Uzma Kardar moved a resolution paying tribute to Armed Forces of Pakistan for rescuing hostages and eliminating terrorists in the Jaffer Express attack, the resolution expressed grief for the martyrs, condemned terrorism as a foreign conspiracy, and vowed national unity and unwavering defense of Pakistan’s sovereignty. The resolution was unanimously adopted. |

میں یہ قرار داد پیش کرتی ہوں کہ یہ ایوان جعفر ایکسپریس پر ہولناک حملہ کے خلاف کامیاب آپریشن پر پاکستان کی بہادر افواج کو جس میں آرمی / ایئر فورس / ایف سی اور SSG کے جوانوں نے جان ہتھیلی پر رکھ کر 400 سے زائدیرغمال افراد کو نا صرف رہائی دلائی بلکہ 33 دہشتگردوں کو جہنم واصل کیا ان کو خراج تحسین پیش کرتا ہے۔ اس دکھ کی گھڑی میں پوری قوم یکجا ہے اور شدید صدمہ میں شہدا ءکے خاندانوں سے دلی ہمدردی و تعزیت کا اظہار کرتے ہیں ۔ یہ ایوان FC کےشہید4 جوانوں کوبھی زبردست خراج عقیدت پیش کرتا ہے۔یہ ایوان شہدا ءکے خاندانوں اور زخمیوں کے ساتھ کھڑا ہے اوراس بات کا عہد کرتا ہے کہ ان کی قربانیوں کو رائیگاں نہیں جانے دیں گے۔پاکستان کا ہر شہری افسردہ اور اشک بار ہے۔پاکستان ،بلوچستان مہمان نوازی، جرات، اور گہری روایات کی سرزمین ہے۔اس کے عوام کی سخاوت پوری دنیا میں مشہور ہے، اور ایسے بزدلانہ حملے بلوچ عوام کی عظمت اور غیرت کی نمائندگی نہیں کرتے۔کوئی بھی حقیقی بلوچ خون اس طرح کا غیر انسانی فعل انجام نہیں دے سکتا۔ہم اپنے بلوچ بھائیوں اور بہنوں پر فخر کرتے ہیں۔ جیسا کہ اسلام ہمیں سکھاتا ہے کہ اگر جسم کے ایک حصے کو تکلیف ہو تو پورا جسم اس کا درد محسوس کرتا ہے۔اگر بلوچستان زخمی ہے، تو پاکستان زخمی ہے۔لیکن ہم کسی بھی دشمن کو ہماری یکجہتی کوتوڑنے یا ہماری خودمختاری کو چیلنج کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دیں گے۔یہ ایوان مطالبہ کرتا ہے کہ اس گھناؤنے جرم میں ملوث عناصر کو فوری انصاف کے کٹہرے میں لایا جائے اور مستقبل میں ایسے حملوں کی روک تھام کے لیے سخت حفاظتی اقدامات نافذ کیے جائیں ۔ہر شہری افسردہ اور اشک بار ہے۔معصوم بچوں اور خواتین کو انسانی ڈھال بنانا غیر انسانی عمل ہے۔اس غیر انسانی عمل سے یہ بھی ظاہر ہوتا ہے کہ یہ دہشتگرد عناصر بیرونی سازش کی بنیاد پر پاکستان کے امن و استحکام کو نقصان پہنچانا چاہتے ہیں مگرقوم اپنے اداروں کے پیچھے سیسہ پلائی دیوار کی طرح کھڑی ہے اور ایک ایک دہشتگرد اور ان کے سہولت کاروں کے خاتمہ کا عزم کرتی ہے ۔ پاکستان ہماریRed Line ہے۔ اور ہم سب آخری سانس تک اس کی حفاظت کریں گے۔
