The sitting commenced with recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation, followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool ﷺ and National Anthem.

(A) Introduction of Bill

Mr Mujtaba Shuja ur Rehman, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, introduced the Registration (Amendment) Bill 2024 which was referred to the Standing Committee on Revenue for report within two months.

 

(B) General Discussion

Issue of Scarcity of Water and Its Conservation

Discussion on issue of scarcity of water and its conservation was held. Mr Muhammad Kazim Pirzada, Minister for Irrigation, initiated the discussion. Syed Muhammad Ashiq Hussain Shah, Minister for Agriculture, participated in the discussion.
