اس ایوان کی رائے ہے کہ قادرپورراں میں کچھ عرصہ قبل پایہ تکمیل کو پہنچنے والے ٹراماسنٹر کو اہل علاقہ کی تین دہائیوں تک خدمات سرانجام دینے والی معروف شخصیت اور تین بار اس ایوان کا  حصہ رہنے والی شخصیت مظہر عباس راں (مرحوم) کے نام سے منسوب کیا جائے۔

اس ایوان کی رائے ہے کہ ترقی یافتہ ممالک کی ترقی کا راز اپنی تیار کردہ مصنوعات کے استعمال اور فروغ میں پنہاں ہے۔لیکن بد قسمتی سے ہمارا  زیادہ انحصار درآمدات پر ہے۔ حال ہی میں وزارت خزانہ کی جانب سے جاری کردہ Pakistan Economic Survey (2023-24) کی رپورٹ ( April July FY 2024)  کے مطابق ملکی برآمدات 25.7 ارب ڈالر جبکہ درآمدات 43.4 ارب ڈالر ر ہیں اس طرح  مجموعی تجارتی خسارہ 17.7 ارب ڈالر رہا، جو اس بات کا  عکاس ہے کہ یہاں کے لوگ درآمدی کی مصنوعات کو وطن عزیز میں تیار ہونے والی مصنوعات پر ترجیح دیتے ہیں۔ پاکستان اور پاکستانی عوام کی ترقی اور خوشحالی کے لئے ملکی مصنوعات کے فروغ کے حوالے سے خاطر خواہ اقدامات انتہائی ناگزیر ہیں۔ مقامی مصنوعات کو فروغ دینے سے جہاں ایک طرف فیکٹریاں، کارخانے اور صنعتیں ترقی کی راہوں پر گامزن ہوں گی تو دوسری جانب روزگار کے نئے مواقع بھی پیدا ہوں گے۔ اس معاشی سرگرمی سے ملک کی معیشت مستحکم ہو گی اور دنیا میں وطن عزیز کا مثبت تشخص بھی اجاگر ہو گا۔لہذا صوبائی اسمبلی پنجاب کا یہ ایوان صوبائی حکومت سے مطالبہ کرتا ہے کہ تمام سرکاری اداروں میں درآمد شدہ مصنوعات کی بجائے پاکستانی مصنوعات کا استعمال یقینی بنایا جائے۔

We, the elected representatives of the province of Punjab express in our unwavering support for the legitimate cause of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. We reaffirm their inalienable right to self-determination, as enshrined in United Nations Security Council Resolution 47.

We strongly condemn the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35-A, the ongoing human rights violations, sham elections, and the fabrication of false domiciles designed to manipulate future plebiscites. These actions violate democratic principles and international law.

We call for the immediate cessation of all repressive measures and demand the full restoration of fundamental rights and freedoms for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

We appeal to the international community, particularly the United Nations, to intervene and ensure a free, fair, and impartial plebiscite, conducted under UN supervision, to determine the future of Jammu and Kashmir.

We also urge the United Nations to establish an independent commission to investigate human rights abuses and provide humanitarian assistance to affected population.

We reaffirm our commitment to a peaceful resolution through diplomatic engagement and call on all parties to refrain from actions that could further escalate tensions.

We stand in solidarity with the people of Jammu and Kashmir and pledge to continue advocating for their rights, freedom and dignity.

The Provincial Assembly of the Punjab:-

·        Recognizes the importance of regional cooperation and diplomacy in ensuring peace, security, and prosperity among member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO):

·        Acknowledges that the SCO serves as a vital platform for member nations to engage in dialogue on pressing regional issues, Including security, economic cooperation, and cultural exchanges;

·        Appreciates the leadership role Pakistan has played in fostering regional integration and its continued commitment to the core objectives of the SCO;

·        Expresses that the upcoming SCO meeting in Islamabad is a momentous occasion, providing a unique opportunity to further strengthen diplomatic ties with key regional partners;

·        Welcomes the esteemed Heads of States, dignitaries, and high-level representatives from SCO member and observer states, who are attending this important gathering in Pakistan's capital;

·        Considers that this meeting is a significant diplomatic achievement for Pakistan, reflecting its growing influence in regional and global affairs;

And this House resolves to:

1. Extend a warm and cordial welcome to the Heads of States and dignitaries participating in the SCO meeting in Islamabad, expressing the pride of the people of Punjab in hosting this prestigious event in our country.

2. Commend the Government of Pakistan for its successful diplomatic efforts in promoting peace and cooperation through multilateral platforms like the SCO.

3. Affirm the Assembly's belief that Pakistan's hosting of the SCO meeting will foster deeper collaboration in areas such as trade, counter-terrorism, cultural exchange, and sustainable development.

4. Express confidence that the outcomes of this meeting will contribute to peace, stability, and prosperity in the region and will enhance Pakistan's standing in the international community.

اس ایوان کی رائے ہے کہ موبائل کمپنیز اپنے صارفین سےwindfall کی مد میں اربوں روپے وصول کر رہی ہیں جبکہ دیہات اور شہروں کے گردونواح کے علاقوں بالخصوص بارڈر ایریاز میں موبائل کے سگنلز موصول نہیں ہوتےجس کی وجہ سے ہر شعبہ ہائے زندگی سے تعلق رکھنے والے افراد کو شدید دشواری کا سامنا رہتا ہے۔انٹرنیٹ آج کے دور میں بنیادی ضرورت ہے اور طلباءو طالبات کو اپنی تعلیمی سرگرمیوں اور Assignmentsکو پورا کرنے میں شدید دشواری اور پریشانی کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے اور تعلیمی سرگرمیاں متاثر ہورہی ہیں۔لہذا پنجاب اسمبلی کا یہ ایوان وفاقی حکومت سے بھرپور مطالبہ کرتا ہے کہ وہ پرائیوٹ/سرکاری موبائل فون کمپنیز کو اپنی سروس بہتر کرنے کا پابند کریں   کہ وہ دیہاتی اور شہری علاقوں میں بہتر اور موثر سروس فراہم کریں جس کا وہ معاوضہ وصول کرتے ہیں۔
