1. THE PAKISTAN KIDNEY AND LIVER INSTITUTE AND RESEARCH CENTER BILL 2019
A MINISTER to introduce the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Bill 2019.
2. THE PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PUNJAB SECRETARIAT EMPLOYEES BILL 2019
A MINISTER to introduce the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab Secretariat Employees Bill 2019.
(b) CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE OF BILLS
1. THE PUNJAB PREVENTION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST BILL 2018 (BILL No. 28 of 2018)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Prevention of Conflict of Interest Bill 2018, as recommended by Special Committee No.1, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Prevention of Conflict of Interest Bill 2018, be passed.
2. THE PUNJAB SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BILL 2018 (BILL No. 31 of 2018)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Skills Development Authority Bill 2018, as recommended by Special Committee No.1, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Skills Development Authority Bill 2018, be passed.
3. THE PUNJAB TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) BILL 2018 (BILL No. 32 of 2018)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (Amendment) Bill 2018, as recommended by Special Committee No.1, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (Amendment) Bill 2018, be passed.
4. THE PUNJAB BOARD OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION (AMENDMENT) BILL 2018 (BILL No. 33 of 2018)
A MINISTER to move that the Board of Technical Education (Amendment) Bill 2018, as recommended by Special Committee No.1, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Board of Technical Education (Amendment) Bill 2018, be passed.

In terms of Rule 13(1) of Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, 1997, Mr. Muhammad Khan Bhatti, Secretary Assembly announced the Panel of Chairmen as nominated by Mr. Speaker in the following order:-
1. Mian Shafi Muhammad (PP-258)
2. Mr. Muhammad Abdullah Warraich (PP-29)
3. Syed Yawar Abbas Bukhari (PP-1)
4. Ms. Zakia Khan (W-331)
Oath
Ms Sonia, Member-elect from (PP-123) Toba Tek Singh-VI made an oath and signed the Roll of Members. The Speaker administered the oath.
Question Hour
Questions relating to Food Department were asked and Mr. Samiullah Chaudhary, Minister for Food answered the questions.
Government Business
Introduction of Bills
Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs introduced the following Bills which were referred to their concerned Standing Committees with the direction to submit their reports within two month and one week respectively.
1. The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Bill 2019; and
2. The Provincial Assembly of the Punjab Secretariat Employees Bill 2019.
Consideration and Passage of Bills
Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs moved “The Punjab Prevention of Conflict Of Interest Bill 2018 (Bill No. 28 of 2018)”, which was passed by the House. “The Punjab Skills Development Authority Bill 2018 (Bill No. 31 of 2018)” was under consideration when the quorum was pointed out at 02:21 p.m. After ringing bells for five minutes the quorum was incomplete and the House was adjourned for fifteen minutes. On resumption, the House was still inquorate and the Chair adjourned the House at 03:00 p.m. till Thursday February 21, 2019 at 11:30 a.m.
