CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE OF BILLS
1. THE PUNJAB DOMESTIC WORKERS BILL 2018 (BILL No. 30 of 2018)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Domestic Workers Bill 2018, as recommended by Special Committee No.1, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Domestic Workers Bill 2018, be passed.
2. THE NAMAL INSTITUTE MIANWALI BILL 2019 (BILL No. 02 of 2019)
A MINISTER to move that the requirements of Rule 95 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be dispensed with under Rule 234 of the said rules, for immediate consideration of the Namal Institute Mianwali Bill 2019.
A MINISTER to move that the Namal Institute Mianwali Bill 2019, as recommended by Special Committee No.3, be taken into consideration at once.

3. THE PUNJAB OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH BILL 2019 (BILL No. 01 of 2019)

On a Motion moved by Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, the Chair allowed discussion on Sahiwal incident after suspension of Rules.
Fateha
The House offered Fateha on the sad demise of victims of Sahiwal killing incident, in which Mr Muhammad Khalil, his wife; daughter and a friend were killed by Counter Terrorist Department (CTD).

Consideration and Passage of Bills
Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs moved the “The Punjab Domestic Workers Bill 2018 (Bill No. 30 of 2018) as recommended by Special Committee No.1, to be taken into consideration at once.
At this stage, the quorum was pointed out at 07:30 p.m. and after ringing bells for five minutes and fifteen minutes break, the quorum was still incomplete and the House was then adjourned at 08:00 p.m. till Tuesday January 22, 2019 at 11:00 am.
