1. THE PUNJAB RIGHT TO PUBLIC SERVICES BILL 2018 (BILL No. 29 of 2018)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Right to Public Services Bill 2018, as recommended by Special Committee No.1, be taken into consideration at once.

2. THE PUNJAB DOMESTIC WORKERS BILL 2018 (BILL No. 30 of 2018)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Domestic Workers Bill 2018, as recommended by Special Committee No.1, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Domestic Workers Bill 2018, be passed.
3. THE PUNJAB PREVENTION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST BILL 2018 (BILL No. 28 of 2018)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Prevention of Conflict of Interest Bill 2018, as recommended by Special Committee No.1, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Prevention of Conflict of Interest Bill 2018, be passed.
MOTIONS UNDER RULE 244-A
A MINISTER to move that requirements of sub-rule (1) and sub-rule (3) of rule 244A of Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 be dispensed with under rule 234, for taking Motions for amendments in the said Rules.
A MINISTER to move that leave be granted to move the proposed amendments in the Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997.

Questions relating to Communication & Works and Social Welfare & Bait-Ul-Maal Departments were asked and Sardar Muhammad Asif Nakai, Minister for Communication & Works and Mr. Muhammad Ajmal, Minister for Social Welfare & Bait-Ul-Maal answered the questions.
Call Attention Notices
Two Call Attention Notices were taken up. The Notice moved by Ms. Asia Amjad regarding murder of one and a half year old boy by his maternal aunt at Kharian, district Gujrat and second Notice moved by Mr. Zaheer Iqbal regarding assassination of a person naming Abdul Majeed in daylight at Bahawalpur city bus stand were disposed of after replied by Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs.
Adjournment Motions
Two Adjournment Motions were taken up. The Motion moved by Sheikh Alla-ud-Din regarding commission of various crimes and sinful activities on the shrines of saints in connivance with police and staff of Auqaf department and measures are required to be taken to curb these activities following the footsteps observed and practiced on the shrine of Hazrat Ayub Ansari in Turkey and the second Motion moved by Ms. Khadija Umer regarding negligence of previous government of PML-N to provide basic facilities in thirty percent government schools of the Punjab including electricity, portable water and furniture etc., were kept pending.

Consideration and Passage of Bills
Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs moved “The Punjab Right to Public Services Bill 2018 (Bill No. 29 of 2018)”, which was passed by the House.
Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs moved “The Punjab Domestic Workers Bill 2018 (Bill No. 30 of 2018), which was kept pending till Monday 21-01-2019. “The Punjab Prevention of Conflict of Interest Bill 2018 (Bill No. 28 of 2018) was also kept pending.
Suspension of Rules
Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs moved that the requirements of sub Rules 1 and 3 of Rule 244-A of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, 1997 be dispensed with under Rule 234 for making amendment in the said Rules, the leave was granted.

Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs moved amendments in Rule 79, 149,159,176 and 180 in Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, 1997, which were unanimously passed.
