A MINISTER to lay the Punjab Undesirable Cooperative Societies (Dissolution) (Amendment) Ordinance 2020.
3. THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2020
A MINISTER to lay the Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Ordinance 2020.
(b) CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE OF BILLS
1. THE PUNJAB INFECTIOUS DISEASES (PREVENTION AND CONTROL) BILL 2020 (BILL NO. 06 OF 2020)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Infectious Diseases (Prevention and Control) Bill 2020 (Bill No. 06 of 2020), as introduced and referred to Standing Committee on Primary and Secondary Healthcare on 08 May 2020, may be taken into consideration at once under rule 154(6) of the Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Infectious Diseases (Prevention and Control) Bill 2020, be passed.
2. THE CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (PUNJAB AMENDMENT) BILL 2020 (BILL NO. 12 OF 2020)
A MINISTER to move that the Code of Civil Procedure (Punjab Amendment) Bill 2020 (Bill No. 12 of 2020), as introduced and referred to Standing Committee on Law on 08 May 2020, may be taken into consideration at once under rule 154(6) of the Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997.
A MINISTER to move that the Code of Civil Procedure (Punjab Amendment) Bill 2020, be passed.
3. THE PUNJAB PREVENTION OF HOARDING BILL 2020 (BILL NO. 10 OF 2020)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Prevention of Hoarding Bill 2020 (Bill No. 10 of 2020), as introduced and referred to Standing Committee on Industries, Commerce and Investment on 08 May 2020, may be taken into consideration at once under rule 154(6) of the Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Prevention of Hoarding Bill 2020, be passed.
4. THE PUNJAB PRIVATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (PROMOTION AND REGULATION) (AMENDMENT) BILL 2020 (BILL NO. 11 OF 2020)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Private Educational Institutions (Promotion and Regulation) (Amendment) Bill 2020 (Bill No. 11 of 2020), as introduced and referred to Standing Committee on Schools Education on 08 May 2020, may be taken into consideration at once under rule 154(6) of the Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Private Educational Institutions (Promotion and Regulation) (Amendment) Bill 2020, be passed.

In terms of Rule 13(1) of The Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, 1997, Mr. Muhammad Khan Bhatti, Secretary Assembly announced the Panel of Chairmen as nominated by Mr. Speaker in the following order:-

The House offered Fateha on the sad demise of father of Ms Azma Zahid Bokhari, MPA (W-333), Mr Muhammad Aslam Jinnah grandson of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Dr. Mustafa Kamal Pasha, Vice-Chancellor, Nishtar Medical University, Multan.

Questions relating to Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering Department were asked and answered by Malik Taimoor Masood, the concerned Parliamentary Secretary.
Government Business
Laying of Ordinances
Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs laid the following Ordinances before the House, which were referred to the Special Committee, to be notified later, with the directions to submit their reports within two months:-
1. The Ravi Urban Development Authority Ordinance 2020;
2. The Punjab Undesirable Cooperative Societies (Dissolution) (Amendment) Ordinance 2020; and
3. The Co-Operative Societies (Amendment) Ordinance 2020.
Consideration and Passage of Bills
On separate motions moved by Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs the following Bills were taken up for consideration at once in terms of rule 154(6) of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 which were passed by the House:
1. The Punjab Infectious Diseases (Prevention and Control) Bill 2020 (Bill No.06 of 2020);
2. The Code of Civil Procedure (Punjab Amendment) Bill 2020 (Bill No.12 of 2020);
3. The Punjab Prevention of Hoarding Bill 2020 (Bill No.10 of 2020); and
6. The Punjab Private Educational Institutions (Promotion and Regulation) (Amendment) Bill 2020 (Bill No.11 of 2020).
The House was then adjourned at 04:51 p.m. to meet on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 02:00 p.m.
