(i) MOTION UNDER RULE 127 OF THE RULES OF PROCEDURE OF PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PUNJAB 1997
A MINISTER to move that leave be granted to move Resolutions under Article 128(2)(a) of the Constitution for extension of the following Ordinances:
1. The Punjab Infectious Diseases (Prevention and Control) Ordinance 2020 (II of 2020)
2. The Punjab Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance 2020 (III of 2020)
3. The Punjab Village Panchayats and Neighbourhood Councils (Amendment) Ordinance 2020 (IV of 2020)
4. The Punjab Prevention of Hoarding Ordinance 2020 (VI of 2020)
5. The Punjab Private Educational Institutions (Promotion and Regulation) (Amendment) Ordinance 2020 (VII of 2020)
6. The Code of Civil Procedure (Punjab Amendment) Ordinance 2020 (VIII of 2020)

1. RESOLUTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE PUNJAB INFECTIOUS DISEASES (PREVENTION AND CONTROL) ORDINANCE 2020 (II OF 2020)
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab extends the period of validity of the Punjab Infectious Diseases (Prevention and Control) Ordinance 2020 (II of 2020), promulgated on 27 March 2020, for a further period of ninety days with effect from 25 June 2020.
2. RESOLUTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE PUNJAB LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2020 (III OF 2020)
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab extends the period of validity of the Punjab Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance 2020 (III of 2020), promulgated on 27 March 2020, for a further period of ninety days with effect from 25 June 2020.
3. RESOLUTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE PUNJAB VILLAGE PANCHAYATS AND NEIGHBOURHOOD COUNCILS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2020 (IV OF 2020)
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab extends the period of validity of the Punjab Village Panchayats and Neighbourhood Councils (Amendment) Ordinance 2020 (IV of 2020), promulgated on 27 March 2020, for a further period of ninety days with effect from 25 June 2020.
4. RESOLUTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE PUNJAB PREVENTION OF HOARDING ORDINANCE 2020 (VI OF 2020)
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab extends the period of validity of the Punjab Prevention of Hoarding Ordinance 2020 (VI of 2020), promulgated on 21 April 2020, for a further period of ninety days with effect from 20 July 2020.
5. RESOLUTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE PUNJAB PRIVATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (PROMOTION AND REGULATION) (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2020 (VII OF 2020)
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab extends the period of validity of the Punjab Private Educational Institutions (Promotion and Regulation) (Amendment) Ordinance 2020 (VII of 2020), promulgated on 22 April 2020, for a further period of ninety days with effect from 21 July 2020.
6. RESOLUTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (PUNJAB AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2020 (VIII OF 2020)
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab extends the period of validity of the Code of Civil Procedure (Punjab Amendment) Ordinance 2020 (VIII of 2020), promulgated on 29 April 2020, for a further period of ninety days with effect from 28 July 2020.

Ms Sania Kamran, Member-elect (W-316) made an oath as administered by the Chairman and signed the Roll of Members. The seat was vacated after the death of Ms Shaheen Raza who died on 20 May, 2020.
Question Hour
Questions relating to Local Government & Community Development Department were asked and answered by Mr Ahmad Khan, the concerned Parliamentary Secretary.
Adjournment Motion
Ms Hina Pervaiz Butt moved a Motion that more than 1700 out of 8000 cameras installed in Lahore by The Punjab Safe Cities Authority are out of order and affecting monitoring and due to non-availability of CCTV footage crime rate has increased manifold and aggravating law and order situation, was disposed of after replied by Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs.

Dr. Yasmin Rashid, Minister for Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education initiated and concluded General Discussion on Health. Khawaja Imran Nazeer, Ms Shamim Aftab, Syed Hassan Murtaza, Ms Shahida Ahmed, Mr Naseer Ahmad, Ms Aisha Nawaz, Mr Khalil Tahir Sindhu and Syed Yawar Abbas Bukhari participated in the discussion.
