(a) EXTENSION OF ORDINANCES
(i) MOTION UNDER RULE 127 OF THE RULES OF PROCEDURE OF PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PUNJAB 1997
A MINISTER to move that leave be granted to move Resolutions under Article 128(2)(a) of the Constitution for extension of the following Ordinances:
1. The Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XIV of 2019).
2. The Punjab Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XV of 2019).
3. The Punjab Village Panchayats and Neighbourhood Councils (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XVI of 2019).
4. The Punjab Local Government (Second Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XVII of 2019).
(ii) RESOLUTIONS UNDER ARTICLE 128(2)(a) OF THE CONSTITUTION
1. RESOLUTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE PUNJAB AGRICULTURAL MARKETING REGULATORY AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2019 (XIV OF 2019)
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab extends the period of validity of the Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XIV of 2019), promulgated on 26 September 2019, for a further period of ninety days with effect from 25 December 2019.
2. RESOLUTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE PUNJAB LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2019 (XV OF 2019)
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab extends the period of validity of the Punjab Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XV of 2019), promulgated on 05 November 2019, for a further period of ninety days with effect from 03 February 2020.
3. RESOLUTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE PUNJAB VILLAGE PANCHAYATS AND NEIGHBOURHOOD COUNCILS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2019 (XVI OF 2019)
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab extends the period of validity of the Punjab Village Panchayats and Neighbourhood Councils (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XVI of 2019), promulgated on 05 November 2019, for a further period of ninety days with effect from 03 February 2020.
4. RESOLUTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE PUNJAB LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SECOND AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2019 (XVII OF 2019)
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab extends the period of validity of the Punjab Local Government (Second Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XVII of 2019), promulgated on 16 November 2019, for a further period of ninety days with effect from 14 February 2020.

(i) Audit Report on the Accounts of Revenue Receipts of Government of the Punjab for the Audit Year 2017-18.
(ii) Audit Report on the Accounts of Public Sector Companies Government of the Punjab for the Audit Year 2017-18 (Volume-II).
(iii) Audit Report on the Accounts of Disaster Management Organizations, Punjab for the Audit Year 2017-18.
(iv) Audit Report on the Accounts of C&W, HUD&PHE, Irrigation, LG&CD Departments and Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab (IDAP), Government of the Punjab for the Audit Year 2018-19.

Questions relating to Communication and Works Department were asked and Sardar Muhammad Asif Nakai, the Minister concerned replied to the questions.
Calling Attention Notices
The Notice moved by Ms. Hina Pervaiz Butt regarding death of a police constable by narcotics sellers and dealers at Sargodha City, was disposed of after replied by Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs.
Laying of Reports
Ms. Momina Waheed presented before the House the report of Standing Committee on Home in respect of “The Punjab Probation and Parole Service Bill 2019 (Bill No. 32 of 2019)”.
Mr. Amin Ullah Khan presented before the House the reports of Standing Committee on Local Government and Community Development in respect of the following:
1. The Punjab Local Government Amendment Bill 2019 (Bill No. 34 of 2019);
2. The Punjab Village Panchayats and Neighborhood Councils (Amendment) Bill 2019 (Bill No. 35 of 2019); and
3. The Punjab Local Government (Second Amendment) Bill 2019 (Bill No. 38 of 2019).
Adjournment Motions
Four Adjournment Motions were taken up. The Motion moved by Sheikh Alla-ud-Din regarding increase of pornography in our society and molesters are not only defended and protected rather they are honored with high positions hence, it is the duty of state and judiciary to punish them at the earliest for this heinous crime, was disposed of after replied by Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs. The second Motion moved by Ms. Hina Pervaiz Butt regarding dead bodies pf three new born babies after their burial were lying open in graveyard of Kot Lakhpat Lahore, the third Motion moved by Ch Iftikhar Hussain Chhachhar regarding problems being faced by the residents of Sabzazar Colony Lahore due to garbage accumulated in the streets spreading diseases because some residents are having cattle for commercial purpose, and the last Motion moved by Ms. Zainab Umair regarding non-implementation of Rule 3 (3) Schedule II of Punjab Government Rules of Business 2011 and Federal Policy by the Home Department to execute punishments, delays and apologies, were kept pending on the request of the concerned Ministers.

Extension of Ordinances
Motion under Rule 127 of the Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997
On a motion moved by Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs under Rule 127 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, 1997, the House granted leave to move Resolutions under Article 128 (2) (a) of the Constitution for extension of the following Ordinances:
1. The Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XIV of 2019);
2. The Punjab Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XV of 2019);
3. The Punjab Village Panchayats and Neighbourhood Councils (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XVI of 2019); and
4. The Punjab Local Government (Second Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XVII of 2019).
Resolutions under Article 128 (2) (a) of the Constitution
On separate motions moved by Mr Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs, the House extended the period of the following Ordinances for a further period of ninety days from the date of their expiry:-
1. The Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XIV of 2019);
2. The Punjab Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XV of 2019);
3. The Punjab Village Panchayats and Neighbourhood Councils (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XVI of 2019); and
4. The Punjab Local Government (Second Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (XVII of 2019).
Laying of Reports
Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs laid before the House the following reports which were referred to Public Accounts Committee No. II with the direction to examine and report within one year:
1. Audit Report on the Accounts of Revenue Receipts of Government of the Punjab for the Audit Year 2017-18.
