(b) LAYING OF THE SCHEDULE OF AUTHORIZED EXPENDITURE
LAYING OF THE SCHEDULE OF AUTHORIZED EXPENDITURE FOR THE YEAR 2019-2020
A MINISTER to lay the Schedule of Authorized Expenditure for the year 2019-2020.
(c) EXTENSION OF ORDINANCES
(i) MOTION UNDER RULE 127 OF THE RULES OF PROCEDURE OF PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PUNJAB 1997
A MINISTER to move that leave be granted to move Resolutions under Article 128(2)(a) of the Constitution for extension of the following Ordinances:
1. The Provincial Employees’ Social Security (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (I of 2019).
2. The Punjab Zakat and Ushr (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (II of 2019).
3. The Punjab Khal Panchayat Ordinance 2019 (III of 2019).
4. The Punjab Land Revenue (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (IV of 2019).
(ii) RESOLUTIONS UNDER ARTICLE 128(2)(a) OF THE CONSTITUTION
1. RESOLUTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE PROVINCIAL EMPLOYEES’ SOCIAL SECURITY (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2019 (I OF 2019)
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab extends the period of validity of the Provincial Employees’ Social Security (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (I of 2019), promulgated on 16 April 2019, for a further period of ninety days with effect from 15 July 2019.
2. RESOLUTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE PUNJAB ZAKAT AND USHR (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2019 (II OF 2019)
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab extends the period of validity of the Punjab Zakat and Ushr (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (II of 2019), promulgated on 18 April 2019, for a further period of ninety days with effect from 17 July 2019.
3. RESOLUTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE PUNJAB KHAL PANCHAYAT ORDINANCE 2019 (III OF 2019)
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab extends the period of validity of the Punjab Khal Panchayat Ordinance 2019 (III of 2019), promulgated on 22 May 2019, for a further period of ninety days with effect from 20 August 2019.
4. RESOLUTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE PUNJAB LAND REVENUE (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2019 (IV OF 2019)
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab extends the period of validity of the Punjab Land Revenue (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (IV of 2019), promulgated on 12 June 2019, for a further period of ninety days with effect from 10 September 2019.
(d) INTRODUCTION OF BILLS

A MINISTER to introduce the Punjab Water Bill 2019.
2. THE PUNJAB SENTENCING BILL 2019
A MINISTER to introduce the Punjab Sentencing Bill 2019.
(e) CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE OF BILL
THE PUNJAB ALTERNATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION BILL 2019 (BILL No. 13 of 2019)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Alternate Dispute Resolution Bill 2019, as recommended by Standing Committee on Law, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Alternate Dispute Resolution Bill 2019, be passed.

Government Business
Consideration and passage of Finance Bill
Makhdoom Hashim Jawan Bakht, Minister for Finance moved “THE PUNJAB FINANCE BILL 2019 (Bill No. 19 of 2019)”, which was later passed by the House, as amended.
Laying of the Schedule of Authorized Expenditure
Makhdoom Hashim Jawan Bakht, Minister for Finance laid before the House “THE SCHEDULE OF AUTHORIZED EXPENDITURE FOR THE YEAR 2019-2020”.
Extension of Ordinance
Motion under Rule 127 of the Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, 1997 to move resolutions under Article 128(2)(a) of the Constitution.
On a motion moved by Mr Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs, the House granted leave to move Resolutions separately under Article 128(2) (a) of the Constitution to extend the following Ordinances for a further period of ninety days from the date of their expiry, which were passed by the House.
1. The Provincial Employees’ Social Security (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (I of 2019).
2. The Punjab Zakat and Ushr (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (II of 2019).
3. The Punjab Khal Panchayat Ordinance 2019 (III of 2019).
4. The Punjab Land Revenue (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 (IV of 2019).
Introduction of Bills
Mr Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs introduced the following Bills in the House, which were referred to the concerned Standing Committees with the directions to submit its reports within two months.
1. The Punjab Water Bill 2019; and
2. The Punjab Sentencing Bill 2019
The House was then adjourned to meet on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
