This House resolves to disapprove the Punjab Land Revenue (Amendment) Ordinance, 2008 (Punjab Ordinance No. XI of 2008) in terms of sub-clause (a) of clause (2) of Article 128 of the Constitution. |

Questions relating to Health Department were asked and Minister for Food, Malik Nadeem Kamran (holding additional charge of Health department) answered the questions.
Privilege Motions:-
Two Privilege motions were taken up. The motion moved by Mr. Sardar Shehzad Rasool Khan regarding misconduct of DDO(R) Tehsil Ali Pur District Muzzafargar, Wajid Shah, was referred to the Special Committee. Other motion moved by Al-Haaj Muhammad Ilyas Chinioti regarding misconduct of DPO Jhang, was disposed of.
Adjournment Motions:
Six Adjournment Motions were taken up. Adjournment motion moved by Mr. Khalil Tahir Sindhu regarding non-issuance of possession letters by LDA to the Christian families living at Allama Iqbal Town near Science College even after having paid all dues of 3 marla plots, was pended till next session. Mr. Speaker also constituted a committee to look into this matter. The names of the Committee members are as follows: Syed Zaeem Hussain Qadri PP-154 (Lahore-XIII), Muhammad Mohsin Khan Leghari, PP-245 (Dera Ghazi Khan-VI), Mr. Khalil Tahir Sindhu, Mr. Tahir Naveed, NM-369, Secretary Housing, Director Kachi Abadis and Director Law. The motion moved by Mr. Ahmed Hussain Deharr regarding restriction on utilization of funds in specific areas, motion moved by Sheikh Ala ud Din regarding degrading quality of education in colleges, motion moved by Mrs. Nighat Nasir Sheikh regarding a newspaper report about Food Stamp Scheme, motion moved by Dr. Samia Amjad regarding newspaper report about protest of Young Doctors Association for their demands, motion moved by Mrs. Amna Ulfat regarding a newspaper report about non issuing of text books to the students by Punjab Management and Information Unit and Punjab Text Book Board, were disposed of.
The motions were answered by Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Rana Sanaullah Khan.

Resolution moved under Article 128(2)(a) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973 by Muhammad Mohsin Khan Leghari for opposing the Punjab Land Revenue (Amendment) Ordinance, 2008 (Punjab Ordinance No. XI of 2008), was lost.
