Haji Ghulam Sabir Ansari, son of Haji Muhammad Din, was born on July 6, 1948 in Kasur; and, is a matriculate. A businessman, who served as President Pakistan Muslim League Kasur from 1985 to 1995; is now President, Pakistan Jamiat-e-Ansar and Senior-member of Pakistan Canvas & Tents Manufacturer Association. He was continuously been serving as member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab since 1985, having been elected in 1985, 1988, 1990, 1993 and, for the fifth consecutive term, in 1997. He has also functioned as Parliamentary Secretary for Industries Department from 1988 to 1990.

Malik Rashid Ahmad Khan, son of Malik Abdul Karim Khan, was born on November 6, 1949; and, is a law graduate (LL.B.). An agriculturist and lawyer, who served as Secretary General District Bar Association Kasur from 1978 to 1979 and from 1979 to 1980; as member District Council Kasur from 1991 to 1993; and, as Administrator, Market Committee Khudian, District Kasur from 1989 to 1993. He has been working as General Secretary PML (Kasur) since 1988; and, has been elected to the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in 1997. He is Parliamentary Secretary (Ceased to hold office of Parliamentary Secretary upon proclamation of Emergency dated 12-10-99) for Social Welfare since October 13, 1997.

Sardar Tufail Ahmed Khan, son of Sardar Muhammad Khan, was born on January 2, 1943; is a graduate; and, comes of a well-known political family. An agriculturist, who served as member District Council from 1983 to 1987; as member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab from 1985 to 1993; as Parliamentary Secretary for Livestock Department from 1985 to 1988; and, as Special Assistant to the Chief Minister Punjab during 1988-90. He has been elected to the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, for the fourth term, in 1997. He has been elected as Chairman Standing Committee on Finance.

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, son of Rana Phool Muhammad Khan (former MPA), was born on April 20, 1944; and, is a law graduate(LL.B.). He is an agriculturist and advocate. The positions held by him during his early political career include those as Chairman Union Council Lamby Jagir 1979; Chairman Markiz Council Phool Nagar 1979-1983; Vice Chairman District Council Kasur 1983-1987; and, Chairman District Council Kasur 1987-1992. He was first elected to the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in by-election in 1990; was re-elected in 1993; and, has returned to the Assembly for the third consecutive term, in 1997. Presently, he holds the portfolio of Minister (Ceased to hold office of Minister upon proclamation of Emergency dated 12-10-99) for Livestock & Dairy Development.

He has been elected to the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in the by-election held in 1997 against the seat vacated by Rana Muhammad Hayat Khan MNA.

Sardar Hassan Akhtar Mokal, son of Sardar Muhammad Aslam Mokal, was born on August 14, 1947 at Mauza Mokal, District Kasur; and, obtained the degree of M.A. (Political Science) in 1970. An agriculturist, who, in his early political career, served as member District Council, Kasur 1979 to 1987, Chairman, Market Committee Kanganpur from 1979 to 1983; member District Advisory Committee Kasur from 1979 to 1990; and, Joint Secretary Aiwan-e-Zirait. He has continuously been member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab since 1985, having been elected in 1985, 1988, 1990, 1993; and, for the fifth consecutive term, in 1997. During the period, he functioned as Deputy Speaker of the Assembly from 1988 to 1990 and, the present is his second term as Deputy Speaker (Suspended upon proclamation of Emergency dated 12-10-99).
