Sheikh Alla-ud-Din, son of Sheikh Rafi-ud-Din, was born on August 1, 1947 at Karnal, India. He obtained the degree of M.A. (Political Science) in 1970 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. A businessman, who has been declared elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab against the seat vacated by Rao Shahid Qayyum as a result of decision by the Election Tribunal dated February 10, 2005.
