Sardar Dildar Ahmed Cheema son of Sardar Hafeez-ur-Rehman was born on July 4, 1957 at Faisalabad. He graduated in 2002 from Al-Khair University, Azad Kashmir. An agriculturist, who served as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1985-88, remained Member National Assembly during 1990-93 and 1993-96, and also functioned as Federal Parliamentary Secretary for Narcotics during 1991-93. He returned for the second term to the Punjab Assembly in 2003 and also functioned as Provincial Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination, Public Policy and Change Management for about four months during 2007. He has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the third term in general elections 2008. He has visited UAE, India, Syria, England and Saudi Arabia.
